This recipe is delicious yet easy and quick to make using ingredients you probably already have lying around.
Cut the chicken breast into fillets and marinate with the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli powder and garlic powder. (Marinate for at least 30 mins)
Cut the potatoes into wedge slices, leaving the skin on. Mix together the oil, salt, black pepper, herbs, paprika and parmesan. Then pour over the potato wedges and mix well.
Place the chicken onto a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes, turning half way through.
Place the potato wedges onto a baking sheet, evenly spaced apart and bake for 40 minutes- 50 minutes (depending on thickness of wedges).
Steam the broccoli by placing it in a pan with enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Let it come to the boil and then simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes until soft. Drain once ready.
