Once added, your activity will be visible on the IndexSpaces search page, where customers will be able to book and pay for the activity online.
You will be able to see all bookings made for a specific activity within your client account and also manually update the booking schedule per activity.

You can add virtual classes to our listing. The customer will be provided with URL of the virtual classes live feed that you specify after they have checked out and paid (if applicable).

On the activity listing page, you can easily toggle any activity on or off with the press of a button.
Alongside bookings received via our marketplace, you are able to manage your own bookings by manually adding them to the relevant activity.
This means you can use our platform to keep track of your activity schedule for bookings received from all mediums outside of IndexSpaces free-of-charge.
Get your own personal organiser page for free when you partner with us. This page will list all your activities so you can forward your customers to this page where they'll be able to book and pay for your activities online.
It is and will always remain free to list activities on our marketplace; we only take a small amount of commission per booking.
In order to do our bit to help rebuild the communities affected by social distancing and self-isolation due to the Covid-19, we are waiving commission fees on bookings made through our marketplace for all instructors until end of April 2021.
This means, any bookings you receive before 1st May 2021 through our platform, you will not be charged a commission fee*.
*The only cost you would pay is for the third-party payment provider's transaction fee of 1.4% + 20p per booking. We do not make any profit from that.
